1.主回转机构
采用定制高精度主回转轴承，承载能力强，车削过程平稳，确保加工精度。底盘下部具有调整机构，并配有可调节平衡配重。
2.刀臂
采用高强度航空铝与钢板复合的结构，确保强度的同时，减轻刀臂的重量，承载能力强，精度高，确保加工精度。刀臂可以跟据旋转空间及加工范围移动。
3.主回转控制系统
主回转运动通过远程操纵盒进行控制，具有启动、停止及反转点动功能，转速为无级调速。
4.法兰平面加工(水平方向)
法兰平面加工进给为自动进给，加工形式为连续螺旋线，具有正向、空挡、反向三个档位，进给速度配有6个档位，可以加工水纹线。空档位时可进行手动快速进给。
5.刀架
刀架可以360°旋转，可以加工倒角，密封槽等
