焊缝余高清除设备，采用冷切削的加工方式，将焊缝余高清理平整。替代了传统的打磨设备，效率高，效果好。更安全高效。
1、工作时，操作者两手分别握住机体和把手，将前端靠山面紧靠工件表面，紧贴工作外表面，顺着工件表面顺时针方向缓慢、均匀的推进，根据操作者的使用习惯可将把手位置换到机体的另一边。
2、焊渣余高清除调节 本产品最大倒角尺寸为宽度30mm, 高度10mm，单次建议不超过10*5mm。
3、刀片更换 换刀片时，首先拔下电源插头，调节平面靠山，使用专用扳手T20型，更换刀片。
- 注意事项
1、使用前应检查刀粒是否完好、压紧;

2、连续工作30分钟后应停机休息几分钟，以免电机过热烧坏;

3、对机器作任何换修工作之前，一定要先将电源插头拔下，确保操作安全;
